Definition of Product Installation Environments
An Internal Development Environment license is intended for the use of ActiveVOS to carry out the development, unit or application testing, or support functions of business process automation applications that are or will be deployed internally by a customer in conjunction with one or more Deployment Environment licenses purchased by the same organization.
An ActiveVOS Deployment Environment license is intended for the use of ActiveVOS in Production, Staging or Failover/Hot-standby environments, or for the use by a third-party to carry out the development, testing, or support functions of business process automation applications that will be delivered to another organization.
Privacy Policy
You can visit the Active Endpoints website (http://www.activevos.com) without revealing who you are or any information about yourself. There are times, however, when the Members or Host ("We" or "Us") may need information from you. You may choose to give personal information, such as your name and address or e-mail address that may be needed, for example, to correspond with you. We intend to let you know how such information will be used before it is collected from you on the Internet. If you tell Us that you do not want Us to use this information as a basis for further contact with you, We will respect your wishes.
Information Security and Quality
We intend to protect the
quality and integrity of your personally identifiable information. We
have tried to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures,
such as using encryption for transmission of certain forms of information,
to help keep that information secure, accurate, current, and complete.
We will make a sincere effort to respond in a timely manner to your requests
to correct inaccuracies in your personal information. To correct inaccuracies
in your personal information please return the message containing the inaccuracies

You may opt out of further marketing communications from us by sending a blank email to unsubscribe@activevos.com. Please send this message from the email account you wish to unsubscribe to non-relationship email from Active Endpoints. We may still email you about your account with us, your license for ActiveVOS and for product and service updates and information.
Clickstream Data and Cookies

sometimes collect anonymous information from visits to this Web site to
help provide better service. For example, We keep track of the
domains from which people visit and We also measure visitor activity on
the Active Endpoints Web site, but in ways that keep the information anonymous. This

TO NOT DISTRIBUTE THIS KEY TO ANYONE. DISCLOSING, SHARING OR DISTRIBUTING
THIS KEY IN ANY FASHION IS A VIOLATION OF THE LAW AND YOUR SOFTWARE LICENSE
AGREEMENT. ACTIVE ENDPOINTS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ELECTRONICALLY OR MANUALLY
AUDIT YOUR SOFTWARE INSTALLATION TO ENSURE THAT YOU ARE THE RIGHTFUL USER
OF THE KEY YOU ARE ABOUT TO RECEIVE. ACTIVE ENDPOINTS MAY TAKE ACTION AT
LAW OR CONTRACT IF YOUR KEY IS FOUND TO BE USED BY ANY OTHER PARTY.
If you do not agree with the terms set forth in this notice OR your License
Agreement, do not access this program.
Export Restrictions
Ticking the "I
agree to comply with the terms of Software Security Key Access Agreement
and Export Restrictions" checkbox on the previous
page is a confirmation of your agreement that you comply, now and during
the trial or usage term, with each of the following statements:

You are not a citizen, national, or resident of, and are not under control of, the government of Cuba, Iran, Sudan, Libya, North Korea, Syria, nor any country to which the United States has prohibited export.

You will not download or otherwise export or re-export the Programs, directly or indirectly, to the above mentioned countries nor to citizens, nationals or residents of those countries.

You are not listed on the United States Department of Treasury lists of Specially Designated Nationals, Specially Designated Terrorists, and Specially Designated Narcotic Traffickers, nor are you listed on the United States Department of Commerce Table of Denial Orders.

You will not download or otherwise export or re-export the Programs, directly or indirectly, to persons on the above mentioned lists.

You will not use the Programs for, and will not allow the Programs to be used for, any purposes prohibited by United States law, including, without limitation, for the development, design, manufacture or production of nuclear, chemical or biological weapons of mass destruction.

You agree that U.S. export control laws and other applicable export and import laws govern your use of the programs, including technical data). You agree that neither the programs nor any direct product thereof will be exported, directly, or indirectly, in violation of these laws, or will be used for any purpose prohibited by these laws including, without limitation, nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons proliferation.
